Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 To Sport MediaTek P25 Instead of Snapdragon 660

A new leak today claims that Xiaomi official team is preparing to release the much anticipated Redmi Pro 2 at the end of March 2017, which will before the release of of flagship Xiaomi Mi 6 (you can read more news about Mi 6’s release date from our previous release here).

Based on the success of the original Xiaomi Redmi Pro, the new device is expected to come with all-metal design, 2.5D curved glass display,and dual rear camera(two 12 MP sensors on the back) according to the rumor. Instead of Snapdragon 660, the Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 will be powered by MediaTek’s Helio P25. You can choose from two versions, 4GB of RAM and 64GB of storage version, 6GB and 128GB version. The first version is going to be priced at CNY 1,599 (around $231), while the other version will be priced at CNY 1,799 (about $260). It might be the cheapest dual-camera smartphones on the market.

If the above rumors hold-true, than you can expect to see Xiaomi Redmi Pro 2 in about two weeks.
